What is Optimal Natural Testosterone Levels?
What is optimal T levels?
Testosterone is without a doubt the most important hormone in a man's body. It makes a man happy, driven, strong and much more of a man.
The most common ranges fall between 250-1200 ng/dl
Studies say that testosterone levels start to decline at around the age of 30 due to the normal aging process.
In my opinion, this is due to older men being sedentary, they stop having $ex, and they ''settle down'' not from a natural aging process.
In rural populations, older men have just as much T as the younger guys do. Studies show that a lot of guys are 70 years old but still have the testosterone levels of a 17-year-old.
If your in the range of 0 - 500 ng/dl you have low testosterone levels. If you have the classic signs of low T you probably fall in this range. No morning wood, no sex drive, hard to put on muscle and brain fog to name a few.
500 - 700 ng/dl is normal T levels, usually, no symptoms of low T and everything should function properly.
700 - 1000 ng/dl this is high T levels, our ancestors probably had double the amount. It's a point where missing a morning wood is a rear event and building muscle is a joke.
1000+ ng/dl everything from this point is optimal, congratulations if you achieved this, but it's sad to say due to processed foods, estrogen mimics and high obesity rates most men won't experience this high testosterone
