What is Testosterone?

Testosterone is the principal male sex hormone (anabolic and/or androgenic hormone)

The average plasma concentration of testosterone in men is between 200 - 1000 ng/dl. Testosterone peaks in the '20s and declines with age, but what I've seen is that it's due to bad lifestyle choices and not age. Men aged 70 years old in rural areas have the same levels of testosterone as males aged 17, that just proves that age is not the factor of testosterone decline in men.

Testosterone binds to androgen receptors and starts the building process of muscle. Optimizing testosterone production and training in a way to activate more androgen receptors is a way for an amazing androgen dense physique.

Testosterone has other great benefits than muscle growth like:

  • Improved Mood/Better Well Being

Men who have low testosterone usually complain about depression and poor quality of life. When men increase their testosterone their quality of life improves and they are more motivated and driven during the day. From personal experience, I use to always have a bad mood, and when I started increasing my testosterone naturally I noticed a better mood throughout the day.

  • Morning Wood

Men who have low testosterone nearly always if not always suffer from erectile dysfunction (ED) and morning wood is nonexistent. Once you start increasing your testosterone, you will notice more frequent erections in the morning and better quality of them. Now I'm consistently having them in the morning, even if I happen to have a nap during the day I will have one too.

  • Facial Aesthetics

Due to high testosterone, you will notice a better bone structure in the face and overall lower fat in the face. High levels of testosterone increase your bone density, thus having a thicker bone structure in the face.

  • Women Love Testosterone

In one study, they got a bunch of women to pick out the guy that they were most attracted to, from a picture of them. The guy that was picked the most had the highest testosterone in the group. It makes a scene because women are biologically attracted to men who are healthy. When a male has good bone structure, Androgen dense muscles he just gives out a vibe of high testosterone.

Signs of Low Testosterone Are as Follows:

  • Poor erectile function or Bad blood flow
  • No morning wood
  • Increased Bodyfat
  • Low energy
  • Hard To build muscle
  • Low Motivation
